Users must complete the required identity-verification process before accessing the marketplace. Identification may require renewed verification when it expires.

Private Exchange Details‍ ‍

Pickup and drop-off information is limited to the relevant approved rental stage and is removed from completed history where required for privacy.

Separate Confirmation Codes‍ ‍

The pickup code starts the rental. A different drop-off code confirms the product was returned. The codes appear only at the appropriate stage.

Payment Records‍ ‍

Stripe processes supported payment and payout functions. Rent Anything does not store complete payment-card or bank-account numbers in the app.

Documented Disputes‍ ‍

Disputes require a description and supporting photos. Support reviews submitted records before resolving the platform-side dispute.

Product Controls‍ ‍

The Prohibited Items List and product-approval process limit the types of products that may be offered through the marketplace.

Safety Is A Shared Responsibility

Inspect products, follow manufacturer instructions, use appropriate protective equipment, exchange codes only at the correct handoff stage, and communicate through the documented rental flow. Rent Anything cannot eliminate every risk or guarantee the conduct, condition, legality, or performance of every user or product.
